Module 2: Optimizing the Patient Experience

Learn Dr. Kay's consultation approach to ensure that the patient feels confident and positive in the results of their treatment. This module will also discuss how to maintain realistic patient expectations and how to approach challenging patients. 

Module 3: Anatomical Safety and Facial Danger 

Using both written didactics and video demonstrations with a model patient, Dr. Kay will demonstrate the danger zones every injector must know. The face will be broken down into thirds (upper, middle, and lower) to discuss the anatomy of each third, including important landmarks, vessels, and nerves.
